Using it as an eyeliner (eyelid or water line) it is really good. Once you let it dry down for like a couple seconds it will not budge. It won't smear or rub off easily! I am terrible at trying a winged eye look but this was very beginner friendly/easy to use. Matte white not glittery/shiny.

Doesn't smudge very well for nose precision highlighting. Ends up looking like a harsh line therefore can only recommend as a liner.
