Starts out very wet but dries down immediately once you start working into your skin. Is very full-coverage a little goes a long way and is easy to over do. If you have dry skin or lines you must moisturize and/or prime first or will settle into everything. Otherwise is a great concealer and super lightweight and breathable. Highly recommend!
